I bought a new bug from Gary in January. I came in for my 10K mile service and killing time, was looking at the inventory. My bug was black but I really liked the yellow. When I decided on purchasing a 2012 Volkswagen Passat, I visited and called numerous dealerships. I called Pete Moore Volkswagen last because of its locality from my home (2.5 hr drive). I can honestly say that I'm glad that I made this call. I spoke to Mathew Guzman. He was honest and straightforward with all of my questions over the phone. Because of this, I decided to imediately make the drive out to their dealership. Upon arrival, I was met by a very professional and courteous staff including Matt and the sales manager, Jeff Korel. Both employees provided a no nonsense and hassle free experience. Within a very short time, I was offered top dollar for my trade in, agreed upon price and paperwork completed. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership and I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends.
