When I decided on purchasing a 2012 Volkswagen Passat, I visited and called numerous dealerships. I called Pete Moore Volkswagen last because of its locality from my home (2.5 hr drive). I can honestly say that I'm glad that I made this call. I spoke to Mathew Guzman. He was honest and straightforward with all of my questions over the phone. Because of this, I decided to imediately make the drive out to their dealership. Upon arrival, I was met by a very professional and courteous staff including Matt and the sales manager, Jeff Korel. Both employees provided a no nonsense and hassle free experience. Within a very short time, I was offered top dollar for my trade in, agreed upon price and paperwork completed. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership and I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends. Mark had no control over the price, so that score should not count against him. The process of getting the best price for your trade and the best price for the new car you are buying is just unpleasant no m not count against him.
