My family and I had an amazing experience at Pete Moore VW in Pensacola, FL. We called them initially because we were put off by our VW dealership in our hometown. Adam and Jeff spoke with my dad and relentlessly helped us find exactly what we wanted and gave us a deal we couldn't resist. They brought the car over from Baton Rouge, LA within 24 hours. The dealership was full of friendly employees and plenty of excited customers. Adam took me for a test drive and helped me with any handling or technical question I had. He made me feel very comfortable and was a great sales rep. We also worked with a guy to fill out paperwork, and I can't remember his name but he was very time efficient and answered any questions we had thoroughly and honestly. Overall, my family and I couldn't have asked for a better dealership to work with and I would recommend Pete Moore to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Ross was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I did feel there was too much haggling over the price. It would have been nice if the price was set and there was no back and forth.
