Overall sales experience was great and from start to finish was about 2 hrs. Disappointed with financing options. Other dealerships had alot more competitive rates. A little pushy on their extended maintenance and warranty plan basically saying if I didn't use their plan and get the maintenance done at 40 at a VW dealership then I wouldn't be able to get the value out of the car because I wouldn't be able to prove that scheduled maintenance was done. More

Well I went to the dealership to have my 2011 Jetta serviced and I left with a new 2013 CC! Once again my sales team, Rick and Jeff took outstanding care of us!
