I have been there several times with my 2012 Volkswagen Eos most of the time it was just maintenance until my top stopped working. So we got a call from Larry ( Lawrence ) he said they had a Jeep for us to come look at if I couldn't fix my car so we went and looked at it test drove it he was absolutely wonderful it didn't have the parts it needed to take the doors off so he ordered them online had him drop ship to my address and Jen the office manager was fantastic every person I have ever dealt with there has been just awesome and helpful thank you all More

Arrived at 730am for an 8am appointment for inspection, oil change, tire rotation and convertible top cleaning and lubrication on my VW EOS. Was told at 3:30pm only the test drive had been done. Nothing el oil change, tire rotation and convertible top cleaning and lubrication on my VW EOS. Was told at 3:30pm only the test drive had been done. Nothing else! By 4:30pm (9 HOURS!!) I had to leave and couldn’t wait any longer, they said they were able to get the oil change done but nothing else. 9 hours!! I wasn’t provided ANY solution. Was told to come back another day and join the first come first served line again. The apology I got was, and I quote, “I’m sorry, what would you like me to do about it.” Worst service experience ever! More
