Our 2001 beetle left us strandedon a Saturday. We had it towed to the dealership for repairs. We bought our daughter her new bug from Bruce Harmon at Pete Moore VW. To be honest, we had NO intention of purchasing a vehicle on this date. We had taken her 04 bug in for service. However, Bruce sold us Pete Moore VW. To be honest, we had NO intention of purchasing a vehicle on this date. We had taken her 04 bug in for service. However, Bruce sold us on a 2012 "used" beetle they had on the lot. His attention to my daughter and no pressure sales tactic was impossible to refuse. Once she "fell in love"' with the new one, the negotiation process was perfect. We weren't sure whether we wanted to trade our 04 Beetle or our 08 Nissan. Bruce took the time to look at trade in values on both vehicles. (We ended up keeping the 04 Bug because it's just too cute to part with anytime soon.) Once we had decided to make the purchase, Bruce went WAY beyond the call of duty to explain everything about the car to our 19 year old. Even though Mom and Dad were paying for the vehicle, he knew it was her car, and he took the time to explain everything about maintenance, care and features to her. In addition, while we were dealing with the business office, he took her on a tour of the dealership, helped her set up her phone to the Bluetooth, etc. We appreciated the experience we had with everyone in the dealership. I feel sorry for anyone that tries to sell my daughter a car in the future. The bar has been set VERY HIGH by Pete Moore VW and Bruce Harmon. More
