We bought our daughter her new bug from Bruce Harmon at Pete Moore VW. To be honest, we had NO intention of purchasing a vehicle on this date. We had taken her 04 bug in for service. However, Bruce sold us Pete Moore VW. To be honest, we had NO intention of purchasing a vehicle on this date. We had taken her 04 bug in for service. However, Bruce sold us on a 2012 "used" beetle they had on the lot. His attention to my daughter and no pressure sales tactic was impossible to refuse. Once she "fell in love"' with the new one, the negotiation process was perfect. We weren't sure whether we wanted to trade our 04 Beetle or our 08 Nissan. Bruce took the time to look at trade in values on both vehicles. (We ended up keeping the 04 Bug because it's just too cute to part with anytime soon.) Once we had decided to make the purchase, Bruce went WAY beyond the call of duty to explain everything about the car to our 19 year old. Even though Mom and Dad were paying for the vehicle, he knew it was her car, and he took the time to explain everything about maintenance, care and features to her. In addition, while we were dealing with the business office, he took her on a tour of the dealership, helped her set up her phone to the Bluetooth, etc. We appreciated the experience we had with everyone in the dealership. I feel sorry for anyone that tries to sell my daughter a car in the future. The bar has been set VERY HIGH by Pete Moore VW and Bruce Harmon. More

After work, we headed for the dealership. Mark met us at the door and walk us thru the whole sale. We had a Volkswagen Beetle but wanted a full size van. We had a price and a set amount we could afford to spend per month... The dealership was able to meet both of these amounts. We have had Volkswagens before.but The staff at Pete Moore's is the best we have dealt with--especially Mark(salesman) Jeff Korel(sales manager and Kim Griffith (finance), We have and will continue to reconmend the dealership to everyone. Pat was a perfect example of a courteous helpful salesman. He focused on the business at hand and remained with us until the sale was completed then requested that I call if there were any question salesman. After having service problems with my car I went home and started looking online at Pete Moore to see if anything caught my again. The answer is yes. It was 7:50 when I pulled in and saw the truck sitting there. Even though it was closing time and Mark and Dan were about to leave they stay to assist me. Mark got the key and showed me the truck. We then set a time the next morning to test the truck out and discuss my car trade. Mark is not your idea of a car "sales"man because not the first time did he try to sale me. What he was....He was the perfect Host and Representative of Pete Moore. During the purchase Dan made every effort to balance making Pete Moore a profit while giving the best deal. Dan did a great job. I actually felt I was being help. Mark introduced me to Aaron in finance, which took all of about 3 minutes to be approved. Aaron also got me a full cover 4 yr warranty. Mark then took me on a tour and introduced me to service dept. and showed me how things flow when I bring my truck in for maintainace. Mark had my truck detailed while we finalized the paper work. Mark , Dan , and Aaron worked as a team and I never felt any pressure to go through with the sale. Would I do this again with Pete Moores Team the next time I need another car..... Yes I would.
