I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and about Mark Torelli himself. From the moment that I expressed an interest in purchasing a vehi I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership and about Mark Torelli himself. From the moment that I expressed an interest in purchasing a vehicle, Mark went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, and I don't mean in that " I'm a salesman and I want to sell you a car " kind of way. He telephoned me after I had sent him an email and was pleasant and very knowledgeable about answering questions concerning what type of car I was looking for and what he could do to help me find a car that I would love, and LOVE it, I do ! I never felt pressured about making a purchase and there was no pressure to " hurry in." In fact, he was extremely patient. I had made an appointment to meet with him which was to be 4-5 days after our initial conversation and subsequently I had something come up very last minute that required me to phone him with merely a 20 minute "heads up" on the fact that I would be delayed by at least an hour and a half. Mark was pleasant, understanding and more than willing to work with me on MY timeline, even then I was 10 minutes late and he was still pleasant and didn't seem annoyed at all. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I was immediately offered refreshments, a comfortable seat and very welcomed air conditioner (as hot as it was outside, 90+ degrees) these simple amenities were very appreciated. EVERY member of the staff that I met were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting me to make my decision regarding my purchase. Kim, whom I believe works in the finance department of the dealership was an absolute doll. She also went out of her way to ensure that my experience was a pleasant one. I was already a Volkswagen lover and this dealership solidified my love of VW. I also spoke to another gentleman (I regret that I do not recall his name at this time because he was fantastic) and all I can say is that whatever these people are being paid, it is not nearly enough. Thank you Mark and Kim for such a fantastic car buying experience. I look forward to continuing to be a part of the Volkswagen family. My wife and I recently bought our daughter (Charlotte) a new Volkswagen Jetta as a college graduation gift. We had given up and told Charlotte she would have to settle for a black car when Gary called on a Monday afternoon and told us a white one had just arrived. We went down that night. We went after work and the dealership is an hour away but Gary told us not to worry - they would wait for us. When we arrived the service was spectacular. There was no pushy back and forth salesman to manager conversations just straight up fantastic customer service. Gary took us in and got everything situated. Kim took care of the financing from Volkswagen - we got a great rate. We kept the fact that we had actually found the color combination Charlotte wanted a secret; Gary and Kim were in on that too. When she picked up her (white) car at the front door Charlotte was ecstatic; hugs all round! We've bought several from various dealerships both in the US and in Europe. Recently, my wife and I were visiting Pensacola, and her sister, Charlotte, asked us to find a suitable used car for her. Salesman Mark Torelli greeted us immediately, and after a few moments of conversation he knew immediately the car she needed - a gently used 2007 blue PT Cruiser. We looked it over; he gave us the keys, telling us to "Drive it to her house and let her take it around the block!" We did, and she loved it. We returned to Pete Moore VW, gave him a deposit, and told him we would be back the next day. Less than 24 hours later, Charlotte was the proud owner of her "perfect" car. Mark was outstanding - personable, respectful. patient, and intuitive. This car shopping experience ranks as the best in my experience. I'm not from here but was down on the Alabama Gulf Coast for a family vacation. Well, we were rained out on the beach so I've been in the market for a VW CC and my home town dealerships haven't had m Coast for a family vacation. Well, we were rained out on the beach so I've been in the market for a VW CC and my home town dealerships haven't had much to offer in the way of inventory. Surfing the web I thought I'd check to see what the area dealerships had here. Low and behold, Pete Moore VW had a 2012 VW CC, certified with low miles and very near my price range. I contacted the dealership. Talked to Frank Mullikin about it. Thought about it for awhile and since it was raining and not much else to do, called him back saying I was coming over to take a look at it. When I got there, the car was pulled up and ready for us to test drive. We looked at it, briefly considered a new CC but I'm a very budget minded individual and the numbers just weren't going to work for me. Frank and the sales managers tried to make it work, but I'm pretty strict on my budget. So, we went back to the certified CC which was what brought us over after all. The negotiations were simple and straightforward. I never felt like it was an adversarial relationship like I've had at other dealerships. I felt like Frank wanted to see me get a great deal and I feel like I did. Frank was great. When I had a question about the car and he wasn't 100% sure of the answer, he wasn't afraid to admit it and then go find the answer. I appreciate that a lot. I would definitely come back to buy again. And, Frank may not want me to mention this, but he was great with my girls too. I had my two girls in tow and I'm sure every kid wants to go car shopping on their family vacation. Frank made sure they had snacks and drinks while we did our paperwork and even gave them a token of his appreciation to them for being so patient with the process. Overall, great experience for us! Felt like I was dealing with genuine nice people and never felt like I was pressured to buy something I didn't want or didn't need. More
