We had given up and told Charlotte she would have to settle for a black car when Gary called on a Monday afternoon and told us a white one had just arrived. We went down that night. We went after work and the dealership is an hour away but Gary told us not to worry - they would wait for us. When we arrived the service was spectacular. There was no pushy back and forth salesman to manager conversations just straight up fantastic customer service. Gary took us in and got everything situated. Kim took care of the financing from Volkswagen - we got a great rate. We kept the fact that we had actually found the color combination Charlotte wanted a secret; Gary and Kim were in on that too. When she picked up her (white) car at the front door Charlotte was ecstatic; hugs all round! We've bought several from various dealerships both in the US and in Europe. Recently, my wife and I were visiting Pensacola, and her sister, Charlotte, asked us to find a suitable used car for her. We returned to Pete Moore VW, gave him a deposit, and told him we would be back the next day. Less than 24 hours later, Charlotte was the proud owner of her "perfect" car. I'm not from here but was down on the Alabama Gulf Coast for a family vacation. Well, we were rained out on the beach so I've been in the market for a VW CC and my home town dealerships haven't had m Coast for a family vacation. Well, we were rained out on the beach so I've been in the market for a VW CC and my home town dealerships haven't had much to offer in the way of inventory. Surfing the web I thought I'd check to see what the area dealerships had here. Low and behold, Pete Moore VW had a 2012 VW CC, certified with low miles and very near my price range. I contacted the dealership. Talked to Frank Mullikin about it. Thought about it for awhile and since it was raining and not much else to do, called him back saying I was coming over to take a look at it. When I got there, the car was pulled up and ready for us to test drive. We looked at it, briefly considered a new CC but I'm a very budget minded individual and the numbers just weren't going to work for me. Frank and the sales managers tried to make it work, but I'm pretty strict on my budget. So, we went back to the certified CC which was what brought us over after all. The negotiations were simple and straightforward. I never felt like it was an adversarial relationship like I've had at other dealerships. I felt like Frank wanted to see me get a great deal and I feel like I did. Frank was great. When I had a question about the car and he wasn't 100% sure of the answer, he wasn't afraid to admit it and then go find the answer. I appreciate that a lot. I would definitely come back to buy again. And, Frank may not want me to mention this, but he was great with my girls too. I had my two girls in tow and I'm sure every kid wants to go car shopping on their family vacation. Frank made sure they had snacks and drinks while we did our paperwork and even gave them a token of his appreciation to them for being so patient with the process. Overall, great experience for us! Felt like I was dealing with genuine nice people and never felt like I was pressured to buy something I didn't want or didn't need. More

Mark literally went the extra mile when the car we went to look at was not at the lot. He took us to the detail shop the car was at to show us the car. This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experieince I have ever had. The day did not start off well for us at all. We were not expecting good things from the other dealers after that incident. We went to Pete Moore and were greeted by a friendly sales person named Jason McArthur. He listened to what our situation was, he understood our needs and immediately went into action to correct the bad experience we had at Sandy Sansing. He was honest, prompt and friendly - exactly what you would hope for. We only had to test drive a few vehicles to find the one that was right for us. The Finance Manager - Aaron was awesome as well. He was honest about our credit situation and went to work immediately trying to get the loan that was right for us. When the time came to sign the deal - there were no suprises - AT ALL. This was amazing! He did offer the extended warranties and other services, but was polite and not pushy about selling them to us. When we declined, it did not phase him and we went right along with the rest of the process - which was painless. We have now found our car dealer for life in Pete Moore. The sales people were all friendly - especially Jason - he is easy to work with and a great listener - not pushy or creepy like the others we had encountered at the other dealers.
