My fiance and I had been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time but we were hesitant. We wanted to purchase a vehicle on our own terms and didn't want to be harassed by an aggressive, vehicle for quite some time but we were hesitant. I had done my research on the Passat and was pleased with my findings, so I decided to visit this dealership. We were pleasantly surprised at the relaxed atmosphere and that our sales person was honest, sincere and very helpful with whatever questions we asked. I was really impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles and his willingness to explain the operation of every feature on the car, most notably the phone system. Kyle has a very friendly demeanor and an ability to put you at ease with great conversation:) The entire staff was very professional. I will definitely recommend Kyle and this dealership to my friends and associates. This was without a doubt, the best car buying experience that we've ever had. We love the car and I will purchase a pick-up truck from this dealership in the near future. More

Gary did a great job during the entire process of buying my new VW Jetta TDI. Even when there was some problems with the dashlight he was there the entire time for support. Called Mark Torelli about a used car I found posted on line. He answered all my questions over the phone and I agreed that I would come see him about the car.
