After agreeing on a price we went back to the dealership and bought a 2013 Beetle. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful . Kim Gilbert was very professional in explaining the warranty and Maintenance packages. She was very helpful. Very happy with purchasing from Pete Moore imports, Mark did everything possible to make sure my needs where met and there was absolutely no pressure to "buy now!" For the test drive, they handed me the keys and told me to take the car out and told to take as long as I needed. They even offered to let me take the car home overnight to make sure it was a fit with me. After the test drive, I told them I wanted to think about it for a few days and let them know. It was nice during those few days of thinking not to be bombarded with "are you going to buy it?" calls. When I let Mark know I was ready to purchase, the car was ready and detailed, their offer was within a $100 of mine and the finance department was able to beat the interest rate on the loan I had already secured. Mark stepped me through the various features of the car and has remained in contact to make sure I'm happy with the purchase. I would recommend Pete Moore VW for your next purchase.
