I was wanting a reliable, nice used car to get me back and forth to work. Having no credit, I was a first time car buyer, and a very small down payment...I expected a big no from them too. My salesman Jim Pankuch was awesome though and determined to get me not only in a car, but an excellent car. He worked his magic, along with the finance team and not only got me approved for a car, but for my "first choice", ideal car, which was a Volkswagon Jetta loaded.
