My sales associate was extremely helpful in finding me my first car, from the first day I went looking for a car Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. It was not Marks fault that I did not get exactly what I wanted in a car, but he found me a car that was almost there and was actually within my price range! To my knowledge, Mark was presented with an opprotunity when the previous owner brought in his car. I was the first person Mark thought of when he saw this car, he knew that it would be a great deal for me as well as it had many characteristics in a car that I was looking for. Upon reaching a decision to investigate the possibility of purchasing a new VW I returned to Pete Moore, previous source. Upon arriving I was met by Mr. Torelli, and after explaining my purpose, he immedi of purchasing a new VW I returned to Pete Moore, previous source. We exchanged a few pleasantries and then proceeded to find an acceptable vehicle. Having had a very pleasant buying experience thru Mr. Prell on my previous purchase, I was very much at ease and comfortable in the knowledge we would have a successful agreement suitable to both. Upon reaching the finals of pricing etc. we managed to "visit" and discus many common areas in the Pensacola/Brownsville area where we both had been raised. Being raised and schooled in the Pensacola area it was an enjoyable experience to expand a car sale into a personal friendship. These types of business experiences are the life-blood of a successful enterprise. Building customer confidence, having an excellent product and having concern for the buyers are paramount in todays climate. Gary DeStefano is the most friendly sales person I have ever worked with in making a major purchase. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and did everything possible to make it happen, ever worked with in making a major purchase. I had spent over a year looking for a rare version of this car and was notified the minute he noticed it on their lot. No pressure felt at all in any dealings with this dealership. I would have told you never to buy a car from Pete Moore after I purchased a vehicle in 2008 from them. Our salesperson sucked!!!! I still can't believe we bought the car from him that day. These guys are by far the most valuable assets to VW because of their service knowledge and customer service. Anyway, Mark Torelli changed my opinion about the car buying experience at Pete Moore VW. He is a really nice guy. He treated us with respect. He didn't pitch the car salesman mumbo jumbo. We didn't feel pressured. I believe that he would have let us walk away if we didn't feel comfortable without making us feel lousy, which is important when the car deal isn't right for you. Our visit at Pete Moore Volkswagen was pleasant from the time we first drove up to the dealership, Our salesman, Bruce Harmon, was very friendly and could answer any questions we had concerning a Beetle ve time we first drove up to the dealership, Our salesman, Bruce Harmon, was very friendly and could answer any questions we had concerning a Beetle vehicle. He was not pushy but very cordial the whole time we worked with him. We didn;t buy the first day but Bruce e-mailed any information he thought we would want to know. After agreeing on a price we went back to the dealership and bought a 2013 Beetle. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful . Kim Gilbert was very professional in explaining the warranty and Maintenance packages. She was very helpful. All in all, we had a very good experience at this dealership and will have more as we take the car in for different services. We would recommend this dealership to others. More

Very happy with purchasing from Pete Moore imports, Mark did everything possible to make sure my needs where met and there was absolutely no pressure to "buy now!" For the test drive, they handed me the keys and told me to take the car out and told to take as long as I needed. They even offered to let me take the car home overnight to make sure it was a fit with me. After the test drive, I told them I wanted to think about it for a few days and let them know. It was nice during those few days of thinking not to be bombarded with "are you going to buy it?" calls. When I let Mark know I was ready to purchase, the car was ready and detailed, their offer was within a $100 of mine and the finance department was able to beat the interest rate on the loan I had already secured. Mark stepped me through the various features of the car and has remained in contact to make sure I'm happy with the purchase. I would recommend Pete Moore VW for your next purchase. I felt like they were genuinely concerned about what I wanted and not just trying to sell another car. More
