The staff from the moment I stepped foot on the lot greeted my wife and myself with a smile and a cheerful disposition. Mark Torelli was an absolute pleasure to work with and I thank him for making my car buying experience an absolute pleasure. We could not find a car that we wanted in our price range when we originally came to the dealership but Mark kept in contact with me through texts and when we found one he thought met my list of wants and needs he called us up and the next day we had purchased a vehicle. Our negotiation was easy nothing short of easy. We got a quality car at a fair price and even though it was bought AS IS the sunroof went out on our final test drive and they fixed it at their cost because we had already agreed on a price. That is going above and beyond what had to be done to make sure the customer was taken care of and for that reason when our daughter turns 16 in 3 years the first place I will come to look at cars will be Pete Moore. My mother leased a Volkswagon roughly a month ago and my Honda Civic was coming up on its lease. So when I went to search for a new car, I went to Pete Moore to search for a new VW. Mark Torelli greeted me right away and I told him what I was looking for and the price range I needed. He showed me this Jetta that was perfect and did a great job telling me everything about the car. He knew how that car was built down to the door hinges. I went to a few other dealerships afterwards, but none left the impression that that Jetta Mark sold me did. More
