I worked with Jr. Robinson after I walked in and said I needed a used car. He showed me a handful of certified pre-owned cars and wasn't trying to feed me with what he thought I would want. I had a great "first time buyer" experience at Pete Moore Automotive....! They worked with me in the pricing of my "new" but used 2009 VW Jetta, so much so that i was able to then afford to have Pete Moore Automotive....! I selected Good all the way around for this particular visit, as I had to get VW of America to assist in getting the manager of service, Mike to respond. I had a paint problem, that went on for month visit, as I had to get VW of America to assist in getting the manager of service, Mike to respond. I had a paint problem, that went on for months, with no direct answer. I know the dealership, especially service, is busy but no phone back to me for weeks, is not excuse. Previous service, warranty type, have been exceptional, however, this rate is just good. More
We came to the dealership to pick up my Beetle that had been repaired by service, and stepped into the showroom to view the CC. NO ONE APPROACHED US, YAY, we had to ask for assistance. YAY. The sales team treated us with respect. While my husband was test driving the CC, (I never test drive, leave it up to him) I wandered the lot because I want to see different styles. I went back into the showroom and asked the gentleman at the desk if I could see inside a Passat. He brought the car to me to sit in, drive if I wanted, and just review the car. He stepped back into the showroom and left me to myself. How refreshing! When my husband returned from his CC test drive, I asked him to look at the Passat. He did. He drove it and stated that was the car we were looking for. Ross Glucroft, sales consultant, assisted us in the new car purchase. He never pushed. Never. We decided to buy since all the stars were aligned. Our next encounter was Aaron Eblon, finance manager. We could have paid outright for the new car. But Aaron told us about the 0% interest rate. That made the deal a simple decision. Here was the best part of our experience, we had ZERO pressure from any employee, including Aaron the finance manager. I highly recommend this dealership.
