It has been the hit for our family and friends on the net due to its color and some eye (headlight) lashes we added. All of our dealings were very professional and friendly. We feel we've made some new friends. I can honestly say that talking and dealing with Steve and Kim was enjoyable. When we pulled up 2 days later with the eyelashes and some stickers on the back window many other salesmen came out to admire it and comment. I can truly say this was the easiest and most enjoyable purchase of an automobile that I have ever made. I agree with my husband. I have been rather hesitant, yes afraid to deal with car salesmen. In fact , the first day when Steve suggested I drive the car I refused. After all, your company is not going to sell new cars that can't be driven. I tend to shut out sales pitches. I did tell Steve to tell me everything I needed to know before I drove the car being as I tend to not be able to "walk and chew gum". As Cal said, the whole experience has been most enjoyable. He then met up with us when we showed up on the lot and helped us look further into the car that we were interested in. He made some good points to us about how child friendly the car was that I had not thought of before. It was no hassle to take a drive in it with our two kiddos shortly after looking the car over. Overall our experience buying this car with Mark was relaxed, hassle free and enjoyable. He even helped out with our kiddos in a number of ways which we appreciate. Being in the military makes it hard to find childcare so we can go do things without them like buy a vehicle. Mark however helped out with them and never made us feel like they were being a burden. I definitely would recommend Pete Moore to our other military friends, and tell them to ask for Mark Torelli. More

Upon arrival at the dealership Johnny was already waiting outside for me to show up. He was dress probably better than Ive ever seen him, very professional. He made me feel very comfortable and never pressured me into a situation i wasn't comfortable with. After a great test drive and conversation about the car I was pretty much sold on the vehicle. The paper work process was painless to say the least, and Johnny constantly made sure I was happy and comfortable. He is a terrific salesman and person to boot. The BEST, ZERO Pressure car sales experience I stopped in at random on a weekday to test drive a Jetta TDI and see what all the hype was about. Donny asked me if he could help and showed me all I stopped in at random on a weekday to test drive a Jetta TDI and see what all the hype was about. Donny asked me if he could help and showed me all of the TDI Jettas he had on the lot and gave me all the specs (mpg, options, etc). I told him I might come back for a test drive later in the day and he didn't get pushy and aggravating (as some used car salesmen sometimes do). So I came back later, we took a quick ride around town and chatted. Again ZERO PRESSURE. Just friendly and helpful throughout. We chatted with the service about regular maintenance costs and what the vehicle would need in terms of preventative maintenance at what mileage. The guys in the Service Department were very frank about the costs and did not try to sugar coat anything. Just facts. After running the numbers and thinking about it for a week (without being harassed everyday by phone) I decided to look at newer Jetta with lower mileage. I made Donny an offer over the phone, he came back with a fair counter offer and we made a deal. He even came to pick me up from across town so my wife wouldn't have to drive over to the dealership to drop me off. We did the paperwork, their finance department found me a better deal with a lower APR, and I was driving away (with a full tank of diesel) in less than two hours. Bottom line: No one tried to sell me something outside of my budget, no one harassed me with high pressure tactics, they showed me every single piece of paper I asked to see before I purchased it, they got me a better deal than my own bank, they never talked to me as if I were stupid, they always answered my questions directly, and they filled up the tank without me having to fight over it (which as many of you know is getting rarer in the used car arena). Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Ask for Donald Redhead. More
