Mark gave us requested space and time until we were ready to speak with him but kept his eye on us so he knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. He even offered us a vehicle he thought would be a great fit that was currently offsite getting detailed. He contacted us later in the day after the vehicle had returned and we came back to look and it ended up being exactly what we needed. The purchasing process was completed painless and the quickest I have ever experienced. I will definitely be giving out recommendations and heading here first the next time I need a vehicle. More

Buying a car is stressful...This wasn't. I had been looking for a car for over a year and had a pleasant experience with Mark last year when I began my search. When I was ready, I called mark I had been looking for a car for over a year and had a pleasant experience with Mark last year when I began my search. When I was ready, I called mark and he got me in and out in no time. I didn't have to push Kim, Mark or Danny at all to get the price right. It was as if they were competing against themselves to make sure I got the exact car I wanted and at the price I needed. They kept fighting until we got there and I left exactly the way I wanted to when I walked in...with the car I had been eyeballing for months without breaking the bank. They did all of this while being friendly and I felt from the moment I walked in that they were on my side and not out just to make as much as they could. I highly recommend Pete Moore and will most certainly be back there for my next purchase. More

Mark was so personable and he allowed us to look and discuss our thoughts i This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Mark was so personable and he allowed us to look and discuss our thoughts in private and did not bother us unless we specifically sought him out and asked a question. He was full of helpful knowledge about the cars at the dealership and made the entire experience extremely comfortable. After we had looked at the cars on the lot ourselves, he had still been observing us from afar and knew the type of vehicle we were looking for and ended us showing us another option that was not on the lot yet, which we ended up purchasing. I will be steering everyone I know that is in the market for a used car to Mark and the used car team at Pete Moore! More

I purchased a used vehicle in January 2014 at Pete Moore and had such a positive experien After the recent storms in our area, I lost my home and SUV. I purchased a used vehicle in January 2014 at Pete Moore and had such a positive experience, I decided to purchase my replacement vehicle here as well. I spent the later part of Saturday test driving SUVs. I was interested in one in particular, the Mazda CX-7. My only concern was the high mileage on this particular vehicle (96K), as the vehicle I had lost only had 33K when purchased a few months prior. Along with the first vehicle purchased here, I purchased the Freedom Plus maintenance plan for 4 years. I figured the high mileage was nothing to worry about, as I could purchase the Freedom Plus plan for this vehicle as well. I returned on Monday to buy the Mazda. It was brought to my attention for the first time by Kim that the Freedom Plus was going to cost much more and would only cover the vehicle for 1 year. Feeling as though all hope was shattered, Kim compassionately understood my concern. I did not want to deplete my savings account for a vehicle with high mileage and a minimal warranty. The salesperson appeared indifferent. Kim took the time to look through current inventory and protection plans to find options that would best fit my needs. She spoke with the sales manager and was able to reduce the selling price of the Mazda to offset the expense of the Freedom plan. Had it not been for Kim, I would not be driving this vehicle (which I am very happy with) today. Kim went above and beyond her job responsibility. She deserves a percentage of the commission for this sale. I am so thankful that she was there to help! More
