My sales rep Gary was both friendly and knowlegable. He let me take the car over the weekend for 2 nights which was very helpful. There was a bad ding on the front hood but Gary set it up to be repaired by a person that Pete Moore uses. This has yet to be done so I may have another post. I was very satisfied with my purchase experience. No hard sell of additional warranties/products was made at the time of completing the paper work. More

We were able to tell them what we were looking for, the price range Iwe could work with and they were able to match us up with the car we purchased. I have returned to this dealership because of the way they treat you. They do not make you feel like you are a bother and they listen to what you are asking for. Mr. Moore is a hands on dealer and can always be seen in all areas of his dealerships. I give him kudos for being present with his employees. So often owners are too busy to be one on one involved with the workers. I'm sure he uses a chain of command for internal issues but I have observed him on different occasions stopping and interacting with random employees. Something must be very right with this dealership as I know that the same workers have been there for many, many years!! More

Great Experience!! We found a truck that we wanted to look at online. When we got to the dealership we found Mark and asked him about it. He took us around to find it. We had our 2 children with us and he was very helpful with them also. We were able to drive the truck around and really liked it and the online price. We sat down and told him what we could put down and afford. He was very nice and helpful with all the papers to sign before going through the process of being accepted through a bank. Kim was the lady we talked to about financing. She was also very nice and helpful. She explained all the paperwork thoroughly. We do need to take the truck back for servicing but everything so far has met or exceeded our expectations. More

Fair & Empathetic After the flood in our area, my car was totaled out by my insurance company. I knew that Pete Moore was not as devastated (product-wise) as many of th After the flood in our area, my car was totaled out by my insurance company. I knew that Pete Moore was not as devastated (product-wise) as many of the other dealerships, and I was recommended by a friend. After doing some research online regarding the different vehicles available, I showed up with three specific vehicles in mind. In the end, I drove two of them, and one other at the recommendation of Mr. Lee. He was very patient and understanding as we drove and talked about the fact I had just paid my other car off in February and had not planned on having a car payment for a while. When it came time to talk money, I was a little hard-headed and Mr. Lee once again showed incredible amounts of patience with both what I was asking, and the situation he knew I was in. Mr. Johnson came over and helped me understand a little more of what I was getting with my Certified Volkswagen, and never once sounded angry or frustrated with me. In the end, I purchased my vehicle from them and am incredibly happy with my choice. It is nice to walk away from an encounter such as a car buying experience, and not feel like you were raked over the coals or taken advantage of. I bought my second VW through Rick Cribb because of the quality automobile. Both of these guys are great! They both speak highly of their boss Pete Moore so that tells me he takes care of his people.
