I purchased a used vehicle in January 2014 at Pete Moore and had such a positive experience, I decided to purchase my replacement vehicle here as well. I spent the later part of Saturday test driving SUVs. I was interested in one in particular, the Mazda CX-7. My only concern was the high mileage on this particular vehicle (96K), as the vehicle I had lost only had 33K when purchased a few months prior. Along with the first vehicle purchased here, I purchased the Freedom Plus maintenance plan for 4 years. I figured the high mileage was nothing to worry about, as I could purchase the Freedom Plus plan for this vehicle as well. I returned on Monday to buy the Mazda. It was brought to my attention for the first time by Kim that the Freedom Plus was going to cost much more and would only cover the vehicle for 1 year. Feeling as though all hope was shattered, Kim compassionately understood my concern. I did not want to deplete my savings account for a vehicle with high mileage and a minimal warranty. The salesperson appeared indifferent. Kim took the time to look through current inventory and protection plans to find options that would best fit my needs. She spoke with the sales manager and was able to reduce the selling price of the Mazda to offset the expense of the Freedom plan. Had it not been for Kim, I would not be driving this vehicle (which I am very happy with) today. Kim went above and beyond her job responsibility. She deserves a percentage of the commission for this sale. I am so thankful that she was there to help! More

It has been the hit for our family and friends on the net due to its color and some eye (headlight) lashes we added. All of our dealings were very professional and friendly. We feel we've made some new friends. I can honestly say that talking and dealing with Steve and Kim was enjoyable. When we pulled up 2 days later with the eyelashes and some stickers on the back window many other salesmen came out to admire it and comment. I can truly say this was the easiest and most enjoyable purchase of an automobile that I have ever made. I agree with my husband. I have been rather hesitant, yes afraid to deal with car salesmen. In fact , the first day when Steve suggested I drive the car I refused. After all, your company is not going to sell new cars that can't be driven. I tend to shut out sales pitches. I did tell Steve to tell me everything I needed to know before I drove the car being as I tend to not be able to "walk and chew gum". As Cal said, the whole experience has been most enjoyable. He then met up with us when we showed up on the lot and helped us look further into the car that we were interested in. He made some good points to us about how child friendly the car was that I had not thought of before. It was no hassle to take a drive in it with our two kiddos shortly after looking the car over. Overall our experience buying this car with Mark was relaxed, hassle free and enjoyable. He even helped out with our kiddos in a number of ways which we appreciate. Being in the military makes it hard to find childcare so we can go do things without them like buy a vehicle. Mark however helped out with them and never made us feel like they were being a burden. I definitely would recommend Pete Moore to our other military friends, and tell them to ask for Mark Torelli. More
