Wonderful first time car buyer experience I was in desperate need of a new car, but did not have success with the dealership in my town. Trying to look for a car was getting stressful and I lo I was in desperate need of a new car, but did not have success with the dealership in my town. Trying to look for a car was getting stressful and I looked online at Pete Moore and got in touch with Kyle Prell. I noticed Pete Moore didn't have the VW Jetta in the color I wanted and Kyle worked to find the one I wanted and brought it over from Atlanta. Not being in Pensacola and busy with work, Kyle worked with my dad to get everything in order for me to come in and buy my first new car. The entire process was extremely easy and the college grad program worked perfectly for me to get the exact Jetta I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and my dad and I had the best customer experience, thanks to Kyle. Got my car back in the end of February and love it just as much as the day I got it. Best dealership ever! Wow! I just bought my 2002 Chevy Prizm. Although it was a 4000 dollar purchase, Mark and staff treated me as if I was buying a 40,000 dollar car. The Wow!
