A wonderful car buying experience I noticed that Pete Moore VW had the car that I wanted (2015 VW Golf TDI SE w/lighting package in Tungsten Silver) on their website so I contacted the I noticed that Pete Moore VW had the car that I wanted (2015 VW Golf TDI SE w/lighting package in Tungsten Silver) on their website so I contacted them and Kyle Prell responded quickly, answered all my questions, and confirmed that the car was in transit but still available for purchase and that he would call me when it arrived so we could do a test drive and talk about making the purchase. I live 2.5 hours from Pensacola so I could really only come over on a Saturday. The car luckily arrived on Saturday Morning and Kyle called me as soon as it arrived. I loaded up the family and drove over that afternoon. Kyle and the gang at Pete Moore VW was able to get the car ready for a test drive. We did the test drive and everything went well so I decided to make the purchase. I am a VW Partner Program member and was able to get guaranteed pricing (invoice - $500). Not every dealer participates in the program so I was pleased that Pete Moore VW are a participating dealer. Kyle and the Pete Moore VW team showed me the invoice pricing and gave me the deal no questions asked. They also got me a great rate of financing (1.99%/60mos). After all the paperwork was completed, Kyle showed me a few more helpful details about the car, answered any questions, got us all fueled up and on our way. I am very pleased with the extremely high level of service and hospitality provided by Kyle Prell and the Pete Moore VW team. They really made the whole experience wonderfully quick, simple, and painless especially when the car arrived on the lot the same day I purchased it. I am grateful for the great effort they put in it given the limited time they were given to make deal happen for me. I talked with Mark Torelli new car salesman and Jeff Korel new car manager on my deal which were done by e-mails with pictures of my trade in, and they gave a great offer on the trade in as well as a low price on the new car. Mark Torelli called me on 10/3/2014 and said be there on 10/4/2014 by 10: 30 am. I arrived at 10:00 am. Mark meet me and said the car wasn't there yet and he made a mistake thinking it was there. Jeff Korel came over and said they had personnel there in Huntsville Al. to pick it up but the dealer didn't have the make ready done yet. So Mark and Jeff sais they would put be in a hotel at their expense and feed me and the car would be there around 6:00 pm and I could take delivery then and drive back home at my convenience. I went to the finance department and meet Aaron Eblen. and filled out what I could, since my wife wasn't there to sign Aaron Eblen gave me a FEDX pre-paid envelope to take back to Houston Tx. My wife could sign her part and return. The whole transaction took about 30 minutes. I drove my car to the hotel and returned to the dealer at 6;00 pm an took delivery. Left Pensacola Fl. 10/5/2014 at 2:00 am to return to Houston Tx. This is why I only buy cars from Pete Moore in Pensacola Fl. Give them a try, I am sure they well earn your business, you have nothing to lose but a little time and it might save you a lot of dollars. More
