It took almost two months to replace my radio that Perzuzzi originally refused to admit they damaged during a recall. Toyota finally agreed that there are "some" damaged radios during the recall. Shocked at the customer service and honesty Bought a brand new 2020 Toyota 4runner with all of the options I wanted included the TRD Pro Wheel and Tire Package to replace the stock wheels and ti Bought a brand new 2020 Toyota 4runner with all of the options I wanted included the TRD Pro Wheel and Tire Package to replace the stock wheels and tires. Along with the running boards and exhaust, and emblems that were all replaced,I asked that the STOCK wheels and tires be placed in the SUV for an extra set since I purchaseda FULL TRD PRO wheel and tire package. When I picked up the SUV, the wheels were in the TRD boxes but no tires were with them. I asked my sales guy where the tires were and he assured me that service had them. I asked him why they would dismount the tires when they were swapping out the wheels and tires in the first place. After closer inspection, I noticed that the tires on the TRD PRO Wheels were all season stock tires. I asked why they would put the stock tires onto an off road TRD PRO Wheel and tire package and their response was that I didn't specify the tires that would be placed onto the wheels. I paid 2200 dollars for this package. Common Sense would dictate that All Terrain tires would be placed onto the TRD PRO wheel and tire package and not stock tires. Well after a month of asking where my stock tires were, I went to finally pick them up because I was assured that new tires (all season stock tires on the TRD PRO wheels) were purchased. When Frank the manager took me to look at the tires that supposedly were my stock tires, I noticed that the size on the tires 265 65 17 did not match the standard stock tire size that comes on the 4runner 265 70 17 That then lead me to believe that they never ordered new tires in the first place and just swapped out the stock tires/tpms sensors and placed them on the TRD Pro wheels. After bringing this up multiple times and waiting a month to figure out where my tires were, I had called service and the service adviser told me specifically that they in fact did just take the stock tires off of the vehicle and swapped out the tires and tpms sensors to the TRD PRO wheels. After back and forth with Frank the manager, he basically shrugged it off and ordered a set of All terrain tires that should have been placed on the car in the first place. After scheduling to get them installed, I asked that the TPMS sensors be given to me since they took the old sensors from the stock wheels and placed them on the new wheels. The tire package I bought for 2200 dollars included the tires, wheels and sensors along with mount and balancing. So now I have a set up unmounted stock tires, stock wheels, the TRD Pro Wheels and All Terrain tires but no TPMS sensors for the stock set. Along with the cost of the sensors and programming, I am also out of the cost to mount and balance the stock tires and wheels. That is roughly 500.00 dollars. They lied their way through the process and didn't spend 5 minutes to understand or investigate the situation basically acting like I was trying to get over on them some how. The manager Frank has no principal when it comes to honesty with the customer or his role as a manager to the dealership. More
Excellent and very respectful service. Very responsive They were very nice, respectful and Professional. Worked with Michael (Mike) O'Leary. He worked with me with so much patience. I got to dealership They were very nice, respectful and Professional. Worked with Michael (Mike) O'Leary. He worked with me with so much patience. I got to dealership at 7:45 and they close at 8 and when I called he was waiting for me outside in cold. I was more worried about keeping them late after 8 and this was day before Thanksgiving day and I was rushing him. He was like don't worry I can stay late and He didn't pressure me at all to buy a car even though I am girl and my own. - Mike's manager, Larry Peruzzi was also very comforting and asked what can I do earn your business and at the same time Mike and him kept on telling that I don't want to pressure. - They tried to worked out deal with me. - Mike really helped, answered all questions and response to my texts and phone calls immediately even I asked same questions again and again - Larry Peruzzi was talking me about financing and leaving deposit and I was bit concerned ( he wasn't coming across as pressuring at all it was just the sales personality and then he said I come across as pressuring he is like I would walk away and give you time to think about it and only if you feel comfortable then move forward with pressure) - Adam at Finance office was very nice, very comforting and didn't even force me finance with them or buy additional warranties. He did ask me about it and when I said no. didn't bother me again and worked with my bank directly with loan process. - I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership - My family and I will buy cars from here again and again - Mike (Michael) O'Leary is the BEST. (THANK YOU thank you thank you)THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE, LARRY with helping the smooth car buying process. I am so very glad I bought the car from you guys and not anywhere else. Had the best experience :):):) compare to other dealership More

Worst customer service in this area They hid the price till I swiped.my card on fridqy evening. They have not provided me the details in written of the sale before swiping the card and when I realized they charge the monthly lease separately I didnot agree to the deal. They promised to refund my payment on Tuesdayif I changed my mind, bcuz of labor holiday on Monday. When I agreed their terms on Monday, they mentioned that the price has increased over the weekend. This is cheating and it's been 10 days I have not recieved my refund back, when I called they ask me my card details. They kept the phone on my face when I asked where can I provide a feedback. And I was a returing customer, even though I had not so good experience i returned because they are the closest Toyota delaer, but I would never do a deal with the dealership and would recommend the same after dealing with many other delears around. A few months later (less than four months) when I went to enquire about leasing a new car and trading in the one they sold to me, they valued the car they sold me for 2,000! The General Manager never replied to my email that thoughtfully listed my concerns and asked how we could resolve the issues. They also did every sneaky sales trick you're warned about. Leaving you in cubicle. Keeping your keys, making you wait for them, then giving you a YOU'LL STILL SAVE MONEY lower price (but not near the one they said they could get you during the first HOUR). Luckily they have a Peruzzi plate on my car and I'm decorating it with lemons! In my line of work I talk to many people a day and have been telling everyone to stay away from Peruzzi. They brag about their "community service." Most companies that are busy trying to look compassionate do so because they don't want people to realize they are no better than politicians. I don't hold the sales guys responsible. They were nice, personable. I believe the problems came from the numbers guys and the person responsible for the trade evaluation. More
