I was very pleased with the service I received when I took our car in for an oil change and state inspection and emissions. Very expensive state inspection, Oil-Change, Front End Allignment, $275. I drive a Toyota Camry XLE, they made it seam that all Toyota's need major service, and it could have been worse! Bought brand new Toyota Corolla, drove only 200 miles locally and noticed a hair crack on windshield, growing from underneath wiper area. It is very clear that crack was already there when I received the car. However they are not even considering all above visible facts and informed me that they can’t fix. Salesman tried to explain to GM (Mr Frank) about all this and that this is my 4th new car purchase from their dealership but GM (visibly sitting 50 feet away) didn’t even come out and meet me or look at the car, until I strongly requested.
