We always try to assist our customers whenever possible. We stand behind what we sell and will go beyond limits when we can. When physical damage to a vehicle is not reported for 4 days after taking possession of the vehicle, it eliminates any help we can obtain from the factory. An 18 inch crack in the middle of the windshield certainly would have been noticed at delivery and should have been reported well before 4 days. Even with these circumstances, we offered assistance with the cost through your car insurance which is the only option at this point. We appreciate your prior business which is why we offered assistance. Asking us to accept full responsibility is not a logical solution.
