Eric was the ENTIRE reason we bought this car from Peruzzi. He knew his stuff, not only about this particular car, but cars in general, which was impressive. My husband and I couldn't get there until 4:30. Not only did he stay late to help us test drive the car, he stayed until after 9PM to stay with us throughout the entire (excrutiatingly long) process. We traveled a good distance(2hrs) to see a vehicle that Peruzzi Toyota had, I say had cause we scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and before I could get there they sold it to someone else online. So here comes the bait and switch right - well not exactly - Peruzzi Toyota worked up a deal that got us into a vehicle far greater than the one we came to look at for around the same price. I have dealt with dealerships before and one thing I felt from these guys was true honest behavour and a willingness to correct a mistake and please the customer when needed. More

This was by far the worst car buying experience we have ever had!! Did not end up buying a car and would never return in the future! They were having a supposed sale which really meant the took all their sales tags off the cars, jacked up the prices, and tried to get rid of their crap cars before the more desirable ones. For some reason they refused to give us the price of one of their toyota models even though we asked about 7 times. I am a very loyal Toyota buyer as most of my cars have been Toyota models and am still a believer in their quality cars but I would NEVER return to Peruzzi dealership again!! Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else! More
