My husband and I had a very frustrating experience buying a custom built RAV4 Hybrid, working with salesman Leonard. He was very personable the first time we met him and he spent a lot of time teaching us ab a custom built RAV4 Hybrid, working with salesman Leonard. He was very personable the first time we met him and he spent a lot of time teaching us about the features of the car. However after telling us the car would be ready in 60 days, we ended up finally receiving the car 6 months later. Leonard claimed there were issues at the factory, at the ports, with the union drivers, it was a new excuse every time we asked for an update. I have strong reason to suspect the car I ordered was sold to someone else, because I got a letter from Sirius XM after 60 days congratulating me on my new car and letting me know my free trial had begun. What frustrated me most was how unresponsive Leonard was to my calls and e-mails. He only answered half of my messages, and when he wrote to me his emails were poorly written, with fragmented sentences and spelling errors so that you had to read them a few times to understand what he was trying to say. I asked him very clearly, after the fourth month, to send me regular updates about the status of the car, even if it was just to say “no news.” He did not do that, I had to initiate every communication. Towards the end, he gave us the wrong VIN number to track the car. Once the car was finally in transit I asked him 2x (in writing) not to have any dealership decals placed on my car. He told me No Problem, yet there was one on it when I came to pick up the car. The icing on the cake is that they low-balled me on my trade in. I asked them to meet the estimate I received from the Car Shop, and they would not. After all my frustration I just wanted $200 more for my trade in and they wouldn’t budge. Leonard said he would “make it up” for me but like most of what he said to me, it was empty, just pretty words. I wish I had picked a different dealership. More
Closing the deal at peruzzi , I ask and was told any time my car going into the shop I get a loaner car at no cost. I’m furious and will always remain furious with Peruzzi . And would not recommend them as a reputable car dealership More

I left the service department without getting the answer to my request despite purchasing this vehicle at the same dealership. More
