My interactions with the GM side and dealings with the Wreck Center have been top notch. Mr. Burleson from the Wreck Center has been my contact on both repair jobs. Mr. Burleson has been very professional and helpful in every aspect. Mr. Burleson's concern for my vehicle being repaired correctly and being completed in ample time is evident. I believe he honors the customers business and treats them so they have the trust to want to return their vehicle if any other repairs or service is needed. I am also very happy with my interactions with the GM service staff. I have delt with Deb on a couple of services jobs from scheduling oil changes to having new tires placed on my Taurus. Deb has been very professional ,courteous and helpful. Deb has made me feel like my business is valued and having me return as a customer is one of her goals, which she is great at doing. To finish up the shuttle service that is provided is also Top Notch, every one of the Drivers has been Awesome, Friendly and Professional. If ever needed I highly recommend using there service. Service desk ladies are friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I showed her a couple concerns I had, I received a fast quote to fix the issues. Simple to say yes or no to the services on my phone.
