As an owner of over 35 cars, I’ve consistently seen the value of having my car serviced at the dealership. Is it more expensive, yes! I made an appointment to have my 90k service completed. Intuitively, value of having my car serviced at the dealership. Is it more expensive, yes! I made an appointment to have my 90k service completed. Intuitively, the system checks and inspections should highlight possible concerns and issues, which also provides the opportunity to sell more services. That’s the value. Unfortunately, this dealership never stated the system checks or inspections that were going to be conducted with the oil change outside of the tire rotation at $35. Nor did this store communicate the results of the system checks and inspections. In my honest opinion, this is a major failure of any servicing dealership. This is the true value of having the service completed by the dealership and should be highlighted during the appointment. Missed opportunity to support the decision that the customer is making. A customer can get an oil change anywhere else for less than $200! More
I took my car in for unscheduled appointment due to my tire light and oil light being on. They were able to take care of it the same day with no charges for either service. Oil change & tire rotation. Brought car in with one tire alerting it was low on air but the rest were low as well. Later on I realized the one they brought up to psi before they filled them all, was still in the same spot as when I brought it in. Kinda tells me they more than likely didn’t rotate my tires. Plus, they charge way more for oil change and rotation. More

The counter person was disrespectful and the service was not timely. 1.5 hours to do an inspection, change oil and rotate tires?
