Came in for a diagnostic check. Service department was unable to give me a complete diagnostic check of my vehicle. This time I was told that they couldn’t go on with the diagnostic unless a minor issue was corrected first. Overall it felt like a shakedown. This was my second encounter with VW of Perrysburg. The first time was for a simple programming of a key fob. After spending hours in the service department I finally received my key fob, only for it to malfunction and stop working 2 days later. Never again will I purchase a VW of any sort. More

Went in to check out an ID. 4 since VW was having a great lease deal on them. Afterwards we worked out the final lease deal, he clearly laid the different options I had when it came to trim levels, down payments, and how much everything would cost.
