I took my Volvo in for service and asked them to look into why the speed limit notification was no longer displaying on my map dashboard. When I didn't hear from them on the service day, I called at 5:3 into why the speed limit notification was no longer displaying on my map dashboard. When I didn't hear from them on the service day, I called at 5:30 to see if my car was done. The clerk said it was done and asked if I had any questions. Yes, I did, since no one called me to talk about if they were able to fix the map dashboard! She told me they updated the software for $180. I picked up the car, and the speed limit notification still wasn't displaying. I called the service line twice the next day, and no call back. A week later, still no call. More
