Stephanie was amazing to work with. She was very helpful without being pushy. Highly recommend her for other females purchasing a car. She was very helpful without being pushy. Highly recommend her for other females purchasing a car. More

I dropped my car the night before so there was no excuse, however, when I showed up to pick up my car, they immediately morphed into excuse mode. “Technicians called off” was the excuse. That is not my problem. The dealership needs to account for staffing issues. Its ’People-Management 101’. They also need to be trained on how to communicate with customers. A simple call to set expectations on the delay would have been nice. My family almost missed my son’s hockey game in Michigan because of this. Needless to say, it was a stressful drive up North, and Cronin was a hot topic of conversation. More
