I visited for brake/rotor service, tire rotation and oil change. I opted to align my vehicle although previous alignments at other service centers couldn't as they had a tough time with my custom wheels and change. I did this after being educated on the fact that this store employed a brand new alignment machine featuring the latest in technology for doing such work. I live over 200 miles away from where I serviced the vehicle as I was vacationing in the area. Needless to say, I am completely satisfied with the service and workmanship conducted on our Ford Expedition. I had a nice long drive to feel my vehicle out on the way home. It ran smoothly and the alignment is like new. I highly recommend seeing Dan and his crew for you service or vehicle repair needs. More

So far my overall experience with Perry Ford has been really, really good! The sales manager, Tom, rocks. He is cheerful, helpful and fair. The service guys were all friendly and went out of their way to have a mechanic stay during their lunch to service my car because I hadn't been told my oil couldn't be changed between noon & 1 (lunch). I am willing to drive 30 miles to work with this dealership because it has been worth it! I feel valued and treated ethically. More

I have been going to Perry Ford since I purchased the car almost 19 years ago. The service technicians have all been so friendly and helpful. It was a shock earlier this year when I had a big oil leak and almost 19 years ago. The service technicians have all been so friendly and helpful. It was a shock earlier this year when I had a big oil leak and the cost was quite high but when I went to pay I saw they gave me a very good Senior discount!!! Occasionally I have gone in with a problem with the wiper or turn signal lights....and they fixed the problem for me right then and there with no charge. Good service and friendly...what more could I want. I will continue going to Perry Ford as I feel they care for their customers and being a woman I definitely feel they don't take advantage of you.... I rated them high because they deserve it! More

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new Ford Edge from Perry Ford. We had arrived at the dealership before our sales representative Roberto Sanchez arrived. We were met by Tom Zimmerman a Ford Edge from Perry Ford. We had arrived at the dealership before our sales representative Roberto Sanchez arrived. We were met by Tom Zimmerman and asked if we needed assistance. I told him we were waiting for Roberto and wanted to see the Ford Edge. He had one pulled out of stock for us to see and asked if we wanted to take a test drive. We said yes, and in very short order, Alex Corona, Finance Manager, came out and took us for a test drive. During the test drive Alex was very helpful in pointing out all of the features of the Edge. Upon returning from the test drive Roberto Sanchez met us and we began to talk about what options we wanted. The color we wanted was not in stock, but Roberto quickly surfed the internet to find the exterior/interior colors we wanted along with the options we desired. Roberto was very helpful and knowledgeable on the Edge and made the buying experience a no stress experience. Our Edge would be coming from another dealership so Roberto arranged for a loaner car for us to drive while we waited for our new Edge to arrive. Upon taking delivery of our new Ford Edge, Roberto went over many of the features with us very slowly and asked if we had questions on any of the features. He set up several cool tools for us while navigating through the programs. All of the folks a Perry Ford we came in contact with met us with a smile and a can I help you.
