The Wife My wife was out of town when I first started the process of buying a car. The deal and situation began to look to good to pass up so we moved forward. My wife was out of town when I first started the process of buying a car. The deal and situation began to look to good to pass up so we moved forward. I did not dare finalize until my wife returned to town. When we arrived at the dealership together our sales person greeted us in the parking lot. He immediately took us to see the car in a somewhat private area of the new car delivery room. My wife is very particular about everything and had many questions. Tony Baxter our sales agent spent 2 hours with her answering her questions and making her feel really comfortable. The more she spoke with him the more positive she became. He even assured her after she drives the car for a few days she can come back with as many questions as she wants and all will be answered. Afterword she told me he was a very nice man. Thank you Tony for helping make my wife feel so positive about our buying experience. Buy the way I would suggest to Lexus engineering design a sunglasses holder above the drivers door, she had one in her previous car by Toyota and felt Lexus should have one as well. More
Horrible people READ BEFORE GOING HERE...I have came to this establishment about a month ago for a used car and was very please with the vehicle. While i was please with the vehicle, my buying process was horrible. The sales associate was very bad with returning calls. There was two days of negotiation and finally my offer was accepted. To make the story short, they ended up selling the vehicle without letting me have any notice. I called in to make sure that the vehicle was still there and was told that they were completing the selling process of that vehicle to someone else but wasn't sure if it was going through or not and they would call me back to confirm if they would still have the vehicle. I did not receive any call, nor did they answer when I called in to ask if it was still there. Overall, I feel that this establishment deceived me. I think that it is not right to accept my offer, then turn around to sell it to someone else the next day. I don't know if this is how they do their business to everyone but they have made my car buying experience terrible. Maybe it is easier to buy a brand new vehicle here but when it comes to buying used car. PLEASE DON"T BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I have purchased 3 different vehicles in the last 9 years, all of them of the German brand including Volkswagen, Mercedes, and BMW, and unfortunately I have purchased 3 different vehicles in the last 9 years, all of them of the German brand including Volkswagen, Mercedes, and BMW, and unfortunately with each of them, despite being luxury brands, the sales experience was worse than a root canal. Every experience offered a "used car salesman" or a terrible experience either before, during, or after the close of the sale. Needless to say I try to stay away from buying cars if I can help it as I kept my Mercedes for 7 years before trading on a BMW SUV. One day on the highway a flashy, sleek, and very sharp looking car caught my eye and was very surprised to find it was a Lexus IS250 AWD. I'd never really taken to the Lexus brand and stuck to German models, but this car really caught my attention. It made me realize after having the SUV how much I missed the zippiness of a car that hugs the road. I got rid of the Mercedes because of the rear wheel drive (snow), but the IS250 offered a solution to that with the AWD model. After doing some research it appeared this vehicle fit my needs perfectly, but felt it was out of my price point. After talking to a close friend that has owned Lexus before he strongly recommended Performance Lexus, specifically Doug Greenup and Dan Kommeth. I was hesitant at first since it is about 1.5 hours away from me, but he raved about the excellent customer experience and no pressure sales experience. He spoke at length of Doug and Dan "not playing games" and being absolutely 100% honest and upfront about what they could do and what they could not do. After hearing such great things, I made contact with Dan and Doug and provided them the car, options, and price point that would make me a new Lexus owner. Both Dan and Doug worked for approximately 2 weeks to find, much to my surprise, the perfect IS250 AWD with all the options I desired and at a price point that was within my reach. I might also add they found a car that my local dealer said "didn't exist" and would not work with me. After working the deal completely via phone and email, I set a date to pickup my new car, but in all honesty I was extremely hesitant based on my previous experiences. I still felt that "something was going to change" from the numbers we discussed or the car we discussed and I'd end up paying more given I was driving 1.5 hours to get it. I couldn't have been more relieved and happy at the warm welcome I received at the dealership from Doug. Doug came to meet me at the door and walked me to his desk where he immediately informed me that Finance was going to be a few minutes because they were with another customer but that he went ahead and started as much paperwork as he could. We quickly filled out the necessary paperwork and he provided me with options for tire care, exterior care, and interior care that I could purchase at finance. After approximately 15 minutes, Finance was ready for me, which is where I expected the ball to drop and learn that something with my deal (car price, trade value, interest rate, payment, terms etc...) was going to change. This did NOT happen. Finance was the easiest Finance experience I have ever had. Frank Hoskins was fantastic and I literally walked in and signed the documentation and was finished within 30 minutes and NOTHING CHANGED from the deal I worked out via email and telephone. Frank was extremely honest with me in regard to what protection plans and warranties I needed or didn't need by asking me questions on how I use the car and how many miles I drive. He easily could have recommended the most expensive plan, but he did not do so. Instead he focussed completely on what would be best for me. All in all, I don't think I spent more than an hour in the dealership before I was on my way back home. It was the best and easiest car purchase I have ever made. The IS250 AWD is also by far the favorite of the cars I have owned, without question. You may think that is due to it being new and recent, but I can assure you this car is everything. It is luxury, sport, and functionality (AWD for snow) wrapped up into one car. The GPS and technology options are the best and far superior to any of the German brands I've owned in the past. If you're looking for a no hassle and easy car buying experience, Performance Lexus is where I would go, even if you have to drive 2 hours to go there. Dan runs a top of the line dealership, Doug was the best non-salesman salesman I've ever worked with, and Frank was great during Financing. I couldn't be happier! More
