I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle from them that arrived with a cracked windshield. Being from out of state, we had the car transported in an enclosed carri I purchased a used vehicle from them that arrived with a cracked windshield. Being from out of state, we had the car transported in an enclosed carrier. The crack was located in a spot that was extremely difficult to see upon initial viewing, but it is clear damage that should have been caught and disclosed. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. Instead, management claimed that "multiple people inspected the car" prior to the sale and tried to shift the blame onto both the transport carrier and myself. Even after I provided evidence—including the transport company's official pre-inspection photos clearly showing the damage existed before the vehicle was ever loaded onto the carrier—the dealership still refuses to fix the issue or offer a solution. Their total lack of accountability, failure to honor basic transparency, and refusal to acknowledge photographic proof show how little they value their customers once the sale is complete. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a dealership that stands behind the vehicles they sell. More
