We passed down the 2002 & 2010 cars to our daughters, and they are still in great condition and extremely reliable. This time, I decided to purchase the 2017 RX 350 FSport and LOVE IT. I shopped around for my new car for about a month. I first looked at the BMW X 3, the Audi Q5 and Mercedes. However, when I came to look at the new RX's at Performance Lexus, I was reminded why I chose Lexus for my prior two Lexus RX's. The "Lexus Experience" won me over again and was far superior to the BMW and Audi experiences. My sales representative (Jeff) was professional and respectful. He continued to treat me as his primary customer, communicating directly with me. My husband was helping me with the purchase, but also encouraging me to be the decision maker. Other dealers attempted to take the sales conversations to my husband vs. staying with me. I really appreciated this. The entire process of buying the car was smooth and efficient. And I already know the Lexis service experience is excellent. I am very satisfied with my purchase and love the Lexus experience. More
