Geoffrey felt respectful of my budget (I wanted to pay cash), gave me options just outside my number both on high and low end as well, and never made it feel like work. When discussing price, he was transparent about the numbers, and I never felt like I was haggling. The check engine light came on a few days after driving, and when he found out I had called about my warranty on it, Geoffrey personally called me back to make sure I was taken care of.
