The Most Pleasant Experience I've Ever Had Purchasing A Car! I'm the type of guy that doesn't like to haggle over anything. I like pleasant transactions where both parties benefit. That has not always been the case when purchasing cars so I've always held onto vehicles as long as possible. I met Jeff Smith several years ago and had friends that I had referred to him and they always had very positive things to say about the transactions. Needless to say when it came time to get a new vehicle (some might argue I was beyond that time since my car had 225k miles) I figured I'd go to him. I was shocked at just how pleasant it was. He made me and my wife feel at ease, answered every question I had, all without rushing me. Admittedly, I went in for just a test drive and ended up driving off with a new vehicle. Their Finance Manager, Jeff Butler was equally as attentive making the two of them a dynamic duo of sorts. My wife purchased a new BMW from another dealer and was jealous of how I was treated versus what she had to fight through. As long as the two Jeff's are there, I can't see myself purchasing a vehicle from anywhere else. Kudos to Performance Lexus for hiring such quality people!!! That truly makes the difference and I'm going to be sending even more of my friends their way. More

I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I knew that it would be a Lexus! I gave Doug my "must haves" and he found the perfect sedan. He advised me that there was a great rebate on the ES350. I wasn't sure if I wanted a sedan, since I have been in an SUV for a while. We took a long test drive. Doug was very patient and answered any questions we had. The Sales Manager Ralf was there to provide me with the best deal. This was our 3rd car that we have purchased from Performance Lexus. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Finally, the finance part; the part we all dread. Jeff Butler made it as easy as it could have been. Very professional and provided great explanation. I absolutely love my new ES350 and it even has more options that I needed. The safety features and comfort is what sold me on it. More

Their efforts resulted in my receiving 10% more than I otherwise would have received. I really appreciated this extra effort on their part. Over the years I have bought many cars, but never found a dealership as great as Performance.
