I would have to place Tony at the top of the list. I test drove two different Lexus on two separate days and he didn’t hesitate in the slightest to help me, or finding the car best suited for me. No pressuring or sales pitches. When I wanted to think about it for a couple days, he provided the information I needed and let me think it thru on my pace. At the time I was considering either new or certified pre-owned and he was honest and upfront on the pluses and minuses of both. I know one direction probably was much better for him, but he did not push me either way, just the facts. When it came to the negotiation of price I showed him the research I had done and the other cars I was looking at and he negotiated with his sale people to get me a deal that was only slight higher than my starting best price. Now that I have had a couple days with my new car, I have to say i’m happier each day I have had it. It does more than I even thought it could, it’s whisper quite and the warranty is better than anything I could have expected. Tony even offered to drop my car off for me, and I live over 60 miles from the dealership. More

When my wife and I were greeted by Tony, I expected him to take us to the lot and start showing us cars. Instead, he took us back to his desk and had a conversation to find out more about us - why we were there, what was important to us, what we liked and didn't like in a car, etc. He was patient with us as we test-drove RX's and then decided to stick with an ES 350 (my prior model). He didn't push us but asked questions to help us make a decision. When the time came to discuss pricing, he didn't play games; he let us know the cost and explained why it was priced at that amount. When I pushed for a reduction, he calmly went to his manager, Ryan, who came out to try to work with us. We wanted to pray and sleep on it, so we left - no argument from Tony or Ryan. The next day, we decided to purchase the car. In the Finance area, Jason Morgan was professional and efficient. He explained protection packages but didn't push anything on us. Within a short time, all documents were signed and we had an almost-new car. Tony has followed up since then to make sure everything was okay and see if I had any questions. This has been the best car-buying experience I've ever had. If you want to work with someone to help you select a nice car, you can rely on Tony to be helpful, truthful, patient and reliable. More

We wished to pay cash and the staff did their best to work with us to finalize the purchase without any pressure. The used car department worked with me on a couple of items that needed attention and they did not hesitate to cover the expense of the repair. With-in two days I experienced the excellent sales staff and the service department; namely Tim Johnston. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced and the used sales staff covered the expense. At this writing, Oct 18, 2017 I am driving a loaner car (2017 Lexus RX 350) until repairs are completed; I appreciate all their professionalism and efforts to make it right. More
