My husband and I started the search for a new vehicle about a year ago. I have driven every luxury SUV on the market, but I kept returning to the RX. We visited this dealership about 4 months ago and met Rick, we chose not to purchase a vehicle then. When the sales manager contacted us for a follow up, we expressed how happy we were with our experience and when we were ready to purchase a vehicle we would definitely purchase our new vehicle from Rick. Well, we have a new RX and couldn’t be happier with our customer service! Thank you again Rick! More

The rapport was so spontaneous and I was able to relax and actually enjoy myself while trusting that Tony had my best interest at heart and was willing to go to bat for me so I could have everything I really wanted! And then to have him personally deliver my car to me a few days later after a few final tweaks, wow! I'm a happy customer for sure! More

Shady business in the finance department The documents I was shown on paper in which required an electronic signature (the computer faces the dealer so unable to see what’s on the screen) wer The documents I was shown on paper in which required an electronic signature (the computer faces the dealer so unable to see what’s on the screen) were NOT the same as the “copy” of the documents handed to me in a folder, in which included a “bank fee” that was not mentioned, even though I asked several times and scouted the documents with a fine tooth comb for hidden fees. I called to inquire and was told the fees were charged from the bank afterwards. This is untrue as the fee is clearly on my “copy”. The paper copy I was shown had a higher amount than my loan. Before I had a chance to question, the rep drew a line through the amount and hand wrote the correct loan amount. I figured the fee on my “copy” was an error being that the rep manually corrected the paper copy. No big deal. I called to resolve and the rep DENIED changing the amount and stated we both received the same exact copy!. Big red flag! Not to mention, I paid a lump sum of cash which was counted several times by the finance rep. I was givin a receipt. 3 days later I receive a call from the finance rep that my down payment was $100 short. I found this extremely odd but paid the $100 anyway. I called and spoke to a senior rep regarding both inquiries. I was given no explanation and asked “do you think we are pocketing your money?” i don’t know what’s going on with their finance department, but things just don’t add up. The sales rep, Maria, however, as well as the dishonest finance rep, were very friendly and professional. I had a pleasant experience minus the shady, dishonest finance portion. More
