He was very engaging and wanted to do all that he could to make it happen. His professionalism was complimented by his genuine personality. In addition to the phone transaction, he made it easy. I have never purchased a vehicle where the transaction start to finish went so smoothly AND in addition , all at this Lexus dealership welcomed me with positive energy.
