Our first purchase this summer, was the best experience we have ever had from the first moment we pulled on the lot. The team is enviting, welcoming, and treated us like we deserved their time (not a given for a young couple on a car lot). Our second purchase today, was the easiest purchase and extremely fast. I highly recommend the December to Remember Event. Mike Witte has been our consultant both times and he is great. The finance manger Ralph is amazing as well. Informative and exciting. I walked in the door and met Rick Hubble. The previous day I had spent 3 hours at another Lexus dealership and left there unsatisfied and not as infor I walked in the door and met Rick Hubble. The previous day I had spent 3 hours at another Lexus dealership and left there unsatisfied and not as informed as I had expected. After spending 5 minutes with Rick, I knew he knew his product. In fact, within 20 minutes he had me test driving a car I hadn't even thought about trying out. In 2011 I bought a new RX350 and was looking to replace it with the updated version. Rick, knowing I liked the ride of the 350, and learning I spent a lot of time in my car with my business, suggested the quiet ride of a hybrid. Within 15 minutes of testing driving the hybrid, I was sold. The purchase negotiations were easy, as well as working with Jeff Bulter in financing ( he also has great taste in music ). Geoff Bobst did a great job in showing us what technology came with the RX450h, and taught us well. I bet we'll be headed back there once we want to dive a little deeper into the "bells and whistles" the car has to offer. When someone is making a luxury purchase, not only do they want to be thrilled with the purchase, they want to enjoy the entire buying process. I am thrilled with he car, and I enjoyed the entire experience. More

However I had the exact opposite experience at Performance Lexus. On several points, David would step away so my husband and I could talk. He never pushed on when I said it wasn’t want we wanted. In the end, he found me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and for the best price. Andrew was also instrumental in the deal. They are the least pushy cars sales staff that I’ve ever worked with. I’m so excited that I get to drive my dream car finally! More
