I was contacted immediately after I filled out some information on the website. On Thursday January 17th, I had an appointment to look at the car . Went with my son and we test drove the car. The sales man Jeff Kaplan was very nice. After he talked to the Sales Manager regarding if I could get a better deal than the web price, they came back and showed me a price adjustment. I told Jeff along with my son that I had to think about it. So we left and went home. The next day Jeff contacted me and we discussed our meeting the night before. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable with the deal. He told me he would talk to his boss and get back to me. He contacted me later that afternoon and he gave me a better price for the car. Saturday morning my son and I went to pick up the car. Overall pleased with my experience and the car. More

Purchased a Used Acura TL 2008 I called about a used car on-line and the lady I talked to was very friendly and informative about the vehicle I was inquiring. She even took couple pictures and sent them to me and also told me the name of the salesman I would be meeting once I arrived. I met my salesman Mike Witte and he went out and drove the Acura into the showroom garage for me to check out. After I was done looking at everything inside he invited me to drive the vehicle which I did and came back and immediately began to talk price. During the remainder of the process I was treated very professionally by the entire staff that I talked with. I then met the finance guy and he explained everything to my satisfaction and finalized the deal. The dealership closed at 8 but I was there till 8:45 to get everything completed and was never rushed. 2 days later I arrived to drive my car home and Mike had it running and nice and warm for my drive home. My time with Performance Lexus was a very warm and rewarding process. I want to thank everyone that I worked with or talked to for a successful purchase. EVERYone is/was ALWAYS extremely professional, kind and considerate. Rick always kept my husband and I with a smile on ours faces and made us feel comfortable. He communicated consistently to us that his goal was to ensure we were 100% satisfied AND happy. For many, car buying can be a daunting task and I am no exception and also a (very) hard sell, but Rick was able to break thru that shell (sorta speak).
