Fun and Easy I can’t say enough about how well the day went! A busy Saturday and I never felt like I was forgotten. Jeff Kaplan - amazing. He was in the middle of I can’t say enough about how well the day went! A busy Saturday and I never felt like I was forgotten. Jeff Kaplan - amazing. He was in the middle of another sale when we arrived and remembered us from the night before. Even while working with two customers, he was attentive, calm and never rushed. He knew I had looked at a BMW and was torn between the two. Rather than “bad mouth the competition” he just talked me through it. He made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had - bar none, No games and no push; but, a lot of “what can I do to make it work?” But it didn’t end with him. Jason made the paperwork nightmare easy and efficient while calming my nerves. Geoff Bobst was a blast as he walked me through all of the features of the car.
