We've historically purchased Toyota's and I was considering upgrading to the Lexus brand. After visiting the Toyota dealership, we saw a significant difference in the service and attention that Jeff and the Lexus team gave us. He was very interested in earning our business and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the benefits of the certified pre-owned program... the quality of the vehicle was naturally a plus as well. After meeting with Jeff and working through what we budgeted to invest in the vehicle, it was an easy decision to proceed with the ES.
