While I did not have an appointment to meet with Rick today, when my husband and I walked into the dealership this morning, he instantly remembered me AND put everything down to help us with the finance process so that I could purchase my leased vehicle. I have had NO maintenance problems with my Lexus 200NXT in the past two years. I have visited the dealership for routine maintenance and free car washes. Everyone I have met and who has helped me at this dealership has been as helpful as possible and has gone out of their way to go the extra mile. This is particularly true about Rick Hubble.
