We totaled our car two hours into our vacation. We saw a 2015 Highlander that we wanted at Performance Lexus in Cincinnati but we would not be able to get it for two weeks. I contacted the dealership and ta 2015 Highlander that we wanted at Performance Lexus in Cincinnati but we would not be able to get it for two weeks. I contacted the dealership and talked to Rick Hubble. He was very understanding and helped us out tremendously. He even FaceTimed us and gave us a “tour” of the car while we were on vacation. He, along with the sales manager, Rich Cook, were willing to work with us and hold it for us until we got back from vacation. When we went to pick up, we test drove it. And it was exactly as it looked on the Internet and as Rick had described it. And Jason Morgan, the finance manager, was very personable and even made this part of the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Rick, and this dealership, went above and beyond to help us out and to get the car we wanted. They truly made our car buying experience a great one! I highly would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Performance Lexus in Cincinnati! More

Just had oil change and recall done. Did not reset maintenance required screen and seat out of adjustment. Not confident work was done. Was suppose to take 1-1/2 hours. Was completed in less than an hour including car wash. Car sat outside 30 minutes when finished and did not let us know. Even though they deny it, sold our phone numbers to warranty scammers and car info to car fax. More
