I want to share my truly wonderful experience I had while purchasing my Lexus from you and it was all because of a delightful, Tricia Bailey. My first experience wasn’t the best but I’m so glad I went back purchasing my Lexus from you and it was all because of a delightful, Tricia Bailey. My first experience wasn’t the best but I’m so glad I went back months later. That’s when I found Tricia and even though I gave her a long list of needs and wants for this car she stayed diligent and had me drive several cars over several weeks until she found my Lexus. She also showed me how the current demand for vehicles meant that it may be impossible to get every feature on my wish list but my Lexus met most of them and I will drive it for a few years and return to see Tricia, when new car stock is back to normal levels. I own my own company and I’m always delighted to hear from happy customers so I wanted to share this with Performance Lexus! More

I received fast and friendly service from my salesman (Rick Hubble). He greeted me with a smile and the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived for my 11 AM appointment. He allowed me to take my time and gave me an informative crash course (since this was my first time driving a Lexus). I felt confident as I did my test drive and was amazed at how the car handled. I knew right then that this was the car for me. Rick followed up on all my questions and concerns. He had a plethora of good news from a Lexus app that would allow me to do things from my smartphone/key fob to helping me settle on a price that worked. The dealership itself was also impressive with a workout room and a movie theater…WOW!!! Not only did I find a car, but a family. Rick and his co-workers were sincerely happy and excited for me. Now that I am part of the Lexus family, I plan on doing my part by following their lead. I look forward to getting to know my car and can’t wait for my next one…YAY!!! More
