Performance Lexus went all out to work out a deal I was comfortable with. With interest rates being as high as they are now finding an affordable monthly payment in my budget was hard. He asked what kind of car (sedan or suv)I was looking for, features, and budget. His professionalism and him making me feel COMFORTABLE while coming in anxious. He was extremely PATIENT and did ALL he could to get me in a vehicle I liked and could afford. He made the car buying experience ALL ABOUT ME! How refreshing. He made me feel SPECIAL and delivered on the Lexus experience ring one like I had never had before and he was correct. A gentleman with my best interest at heart from beginning to end. Morgan the manager was also personable and worked hard on my behalf to satisfy my goals of what I wanted in a vehicle. Even though I could not afford. Lexus they never made me like they did not want my business. When I can get a more expensive luxury vehicle I will go back. More
