Additionally, Rick also shared he had purchased a 2nd car with some miles on it and it had been running like a champ due to the upkeep/maintenance on that car ~ again the transparency he provided when I asked very specific questions put me at rest. Rick also wanted to ensure I had a great experience dealing with Performance Lexus as a whole and worked diligently to change/fix some concerns I had about my car.
