The only issue we had with the vehicle was some looseness on the lid for the middle console (rubber piece needs replacing that acts as a buffer). I spoke to Roderick within a couple of days of taking the car home and he and the service manager were as responsive on that as with the sale process and were great about offering to have us bring it in to fix that minor issue.
