You need to retrain your staff, I will be doing my research on unethical sales practices at your dealership for the ongoing future until I see that concerns that have been brought forth to me about this dealership have been addressed. oh remember you owe us a key fob and paint repair. Tried to return this car but unfortunately due to their predatory lending practices we are stuck just like many others - say know to Performance Hyundai or Kia or anything to do with the Rasario Auto Group! will be speaking with the Attorney General as well as the PSP about these dealerships and their sales people More
