Service went down hill since I first bought my kia in 2016. Recieved oil change in august which I stressed the noise from my brakes be looked at was told by rep it still had 60% left and it just brake du 2016. Also requested a wash at the time of service which was never done neither. Also when it says fluid top off and inspection of any issues they lie! I myself had to close my coolant cap and windshield fluid lid because it was left open. Called multi times to speak to service manager when I called back manager always busy and no call back! Furthermore..I had to go to get service else where and found metal against metal rotors and brake pads. That is unacceptable unsafe the technicians should be accountable!!! Very unhappy with service. They lost a loyal customer I will never go there again and Still waiting on explanation of negligence. Terrible service!!! More
